Bazaar Jam

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 20, 2026

Bazaar Jam is a mobile puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the game.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, videos, microphone audio, camera data, precise location, coarse location, advertising identifiers, or browsing history through Bazaar Jam.

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies in the game.

Game Progress Stored On Your Device

Bazaar Jam stores game progress locally on your device, such as completed levels, stars, coins, lives, boosters, settings, language preference, achievements, and daily challenge streaks. This information is used to run the game and preserve your progress. It is not sent to us unless specifically described below.

In-App Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, Apple processes the payment. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

To validate purchases and prevent duplicate grants, the game sends Apple purchase verification information to our purchase verification server. The server may store purchase validation records such as product ID, bundle ID, transaction ID, original transaction ID, purchase date, signed date, environment, and server timestamp.

This purchase information is used for app functionality, fraud prevention, and restoring or granting purchased items. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

Children

Bazaar Jam is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. Purchase processing is handled by Apple, and purchase verification may be processed through our hosting and database providers solely to provide app functionality.

Data Retention

Local game progress remains on your device until you delete the app or reset app data. Purchase validation records may be retained as needed to provide purchase restoration, prevent duplicate grants, and comply with operational or legal requirements.

Your Choices

You can delete local game progress by deleting the app from your device. You can manage Apple purchase history and subscriptions, if any, through your Apple account settings.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
