Need help with Bazaar Jam? Start with the answers below.

What is Bazaar Jam?

Bazaar Jam is a colorful slide-block puzzle game set in a Pakistani bazaar. Slide pieces, clear paths, earn stars, complete daily challenges, and unlock new episodes.

How do I play?

Swipe a piece to slide it across the board. Pieces keep moving until they hit a wall, another piece, or the edge. Match each colored piece with its matching exit to clear the level.

My purchase did not appear. What should I do?

First, make sure your device is connected to the internet and restart the game. Purchases are verified with Apple before coins, boosters, or infinite lives are granted.

If the item still does not appear, open the Shop screen and use Restore Purchases if available. You can also check your Apple purchase history and request help through Apple Support.

Can I get a refund?

All App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.

Why did I lose progress?

Game progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, clearing app data, changing devices, or restoring without a device backup may remove local progress.

Does Bazaar Jam collect my data?

Bazaar Jam does not use third-party analytics, ads, or tracking. Game progress is stored on your device. Purchase verification data may be processed when you make an in-app purchase. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

The game has no sound.

Check the in-game settings, your device volume, Silent Mode, and Focus settings. If music or sound effects are disabled in the Settings screen, turn them back on.

The game is stuck or not responding.

Close and reopen Bazaar Jam. If the issue continues, restart your device and make sure you are using the latest version from the App Store.
