These Terms of Service govern your use of Bazaar Jam, a mobile puzzle game. By downloading, accessing, or using Bazaar Jam, you agree to these Terms.
Use Of The Game
You may use Bazaar Jam for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse the game, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase validation, reverse engineer the game except where permitted by law, or use the game in a way that violates applicable laws.
In-App Purchases
Bazaar Jam may offer optional in-app purchases, such as coin packs, boosters, starter packs, or time-limited benefits. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms.
Purchased consumable items are intended for use within Bazaar Jam and have no cash value. Except where required by law or Apple policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests should be made through Apple.
Virtual Items And Progress
Coins, boosters, lives, achievements, level progress, and similar game items are virtual items for gameplay only. We may adjust game balance, rewards, prices, or features over time.
Availability And Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Bazaar Jam or any part of it at any time. We are not responsible for loss of progress caused by deleting the app, device issues, operating system changes, or events outside our control.
Intellectual Property
Bazaar Jam, including its game design, text, visuals, audio, code, and branding, is owned by its developer or licensed to its developer. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
No Warranty
Bazaar Jam is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Bazaar Jam.
Apple App Store
If you downloaded Bazaar Jam from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for the game or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as they relate to your use of the game on Apple platforms.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Your continued use of Bazaar Jam after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
