QuranNoteTaker helps you record, transcribe, and take notes on Islamic lectures, khutbahs, and Quran study sessions. If you're experiencing any issues or have questions, we're here to help.
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS and that QuranNoteTaker is updated to the latest version from the App Store.
Ensure the app has microphone permission enabled in Settings > QuranNoteTaker > Microphone. Also check that your device has sufficient storage space available.
Transcription requires an internet connection and a signed-in account. Make sure you are connected to the internet and signed in. Free users can transcribe audio up to 3 minutes; upgrade to Pro for unlimited transcription.
If you've previously purchased a Pro subscription, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Go to Settings within the app and look for the "Delete Account" option. This will remove your account and all associated data from our servers. You can also delete individual notes, recordings, and flashcards within the app.
Cloud sync requires you to be signed in with the same account on both devices. Make sure you are signed in (not using guest mode) and connected to the internet on both devices.
Please reach out to us with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version so we can investigate and fix it quickly.
